The Trekora Data Trail
This policy explains choices and boundaries for information connected with Trekora LLC's website, direct part-time listings, and optional SMS program.
STOP and HELP markers
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing dylan@trekorallc.com. For SMS preferences, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. An opt-out request may be retained as necessary to honor and suppress future messages.
Children and map revisions
This website and Trekora Trail Notes are not directed to children under 13, and Trekora LLC does not knowingly seek their personal information. This policy may be revised as practices or legal requirements change; the effective date shown here identifies this edition.
Trailhead and operator
Trekora LLC operates this website and the optional Trekora Trail Notes SMS program under the public shorthand TKR. Privacy questions may be directed to dylan@trekorallc.com.
Purposes along the route
Selected information may be used to respond to questions, organize direct part-time role interest, manage communication preferences, protect website and program security, and meet applicable legal or compliance duties. It is not used to create an employment guarantee.
Details you may mark
When you choose to provide information through an enabled channel, it may include your name, email address, United States mobile number, part-time role interests, availability, message content, and SMS consent, opt-out, or help requests. Please provide only information relevant to your request.
Necessary trail partners
A service provider may process limited information only when necessary to support message delivery, hosting, security, or compliance for the company. Such access is limited to the relevant service and does not permit the provider to market its own or another party's offers to you.
Mobile information boundary
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent for Trekora Trail Notes are not sold or rented, and they are not provided to others for those parties' marketing.
Retention, security, and requests
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided, applicable records, security, and legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, although no method can eliminate every risk.
